These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and k4777 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the k4777 online gaming and sports betting platform at https://k4777.pro. k4777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Bangladesh-based mobile banking and card payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

5. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and must meet the applicable rollover condition before withdrawal.

k4777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection will result in immediate action without prior warning, up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

k4777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses, the single-account requirement, or the minimum age requirement.
2. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity documentation.
3. Where k4777 is required to restrict or close an account by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant government body or financial authority. In such cases k4777 will comply with the directive without being required to disclose the specific reason to the account holder.

All content on the k4777 platform — including visual design, user interface layout, text content, graphics, logos, icons, software code, game titles, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of k4777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use k4777 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits k4777's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

k4777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, gaming activity logs, device identifiers, and communication records. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. k4777 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
